Mujeres ahoraAward-winning contemporary chamber music group Ensemble for These Times (E4TT) celebrates contemporary Latina composers to close its 17th season. A preview for E4TT’s next recording, the program features compositions by Gabriela Lena Frank, Tania León, Carla Lucero, Claudia Montero, Angélica Negrón, and Gabriela Ortiz. A pre-concert talk with Bay Area composer Carla Lucero kicks off the evening.
Ensemble for These Times
Founded in 2007, E4TT's mission is to perform 20th- and 21st-century music that resonates with today's world Women creators are an ongoing primary focus. E4TT has toured internationally and recorded five albums, each medaling in the Global Music Awards. E4TT was the winner of The American Prize for Chamber Music Performance in 2021.

Nanette McGuinness
Nanette is a co-founder and Artistic Executive Director of E4TT and has appeared in opera and recital across Europe and the United States.
Margaret Halbig
Margaret is a collaborative artist on faculty at the San Francisco Conservatory of Music.
Lylia Guion
Lyliahas performed with major orchestras in France and California.
Vanessa Ruotolo
Vanessa is a member of the Santa Rosa Symphony and the Skywalker Sound Orchestra, active in both classical and new music circles.
