Production Details

Wong Wei's Legacy
Wong Wei’s Legacy is a new interdisciplinary work integrating music, text, and movement, by composer, saxophonist, and artistic director Francis Wong exploring three generations of the Wong family through war and flight as refugees in the latter half of the 20th Century. Wong Wei, the composer’s grandfather, was a horse trainer, jockey, and entrepreneur whose lasting legacy represents a guiding influence; providing a sense of destiny and an improvisatory “can do” spirit to following generations.
