Oneness - The Blossoming
A celebration of unity and our shared humanity.
In a time when the world feels more divided than ever, "Oneness - The Blossoming" reminds us of what connects us. Rooted in the spirit of spring — a season of hope, growth, and renewal — this powerful dance-theater production brings together six Indian classical dance forms in a vibrant artistic collaboration.
Through this coming together of dance traditions, artists, and communities, Oneness celebrates diversity, empathy, and the deep human connection we all share. It is a testament to what becomes possible when we create with harmony, intention, and collective purpose.
The Oneness Collective
Spring’s arrival—a time of hope, joy, color, and merriment—is a traditional cornerstone of Indian poetry and dance, but its vibrant emotions are known worldwide. This universal feeling fuels the core theme of "Oneness - The Blossoming", a powerful production celebrating our shared human connections.
The Oneness Collective was formed to bring this message of universal peace, love, and hope to life. This unique production is the result of a powerful collaboration featuring a stunning ensemble of seven Indian classical dance exponents - Mousumi Bose, Madhuri Kishore, Deepa Mahadevan, Niharika Mohanty, Chandreyee Mukherjee, Bindu Pratap, and Anupama Srivastava - masters of six diverse traditional styles: Bharatanatyam, Kathak, Kuchipudi, Manipuri, Mohiniattam, and Odissi, alongside their companies - Manipuri Ensemble of Bay Area, Madhuri Kishore School of Kuchipudi, Tiruchitrambalam, Guru Shradha, Nritanjali Dance Academy and InSyncKathak Dance School.
