Hear their behind-the-scenes story on the fun, enlightening and maybe even shocking panel, "For Better and For Worse" following "If We Only Knew."* Panelists: PJ and Roy Hirabayashi, San Jose Taiko; Robin Flower and Libby McLaren: Songwriters, singers, instrumentalists; Donna Washington and David Klibanow, Storyteller and Business Manager; and Nancy Wang and Robert Kikuchi-Yngojo, Eth-Noh-Tec kinetic story theater. Facilitator: Judith Black, storyteller. * Eth-Noh-Tec's "If We Only Knew: Betrothed, Betrayed, Bewildered, Blessed - 40 years," shares their wild journey through storytelling, music, dance, illustrations, folktales and more.
Eth-Noh-Tec and FriendsSan Francisco-based artists Nancy Wang and Robert Kikuchi-Yngojo founded Eth-Noh-Tec in 1981, and over the past 40 years, they have contributed greatly to the Asian American performing arts scene. Eth-Noh-Tec fuses the ancient and the contemporary as they perform ancient Asian folktales and inspiring, true Asian American stories with their unique blending of stylized movement, music and the spoken word across the United States and around the world.
