Following the inherent spiral pathways within the body, this workshop develops the efficiency and connective strength of our tissues. With observation, the beauty of our construction emerges. Exercises will focus on winding and unwinding the tissues with particular attention given to the spine and the various connections running through the torso to the arms and legs.
